1. Selection of installation position: The installation position of the wet gas flow meter should avoid vibration, impact or large temperature changes, so as not to affect its accuracy and stability.
2. Regular calibration: Regularly calibrate the wet gas flow meter to ensure its accuracy or uncertainty, usually the validity of the calibration certificate is 12 months. Calibration plans can be developed and strictly implemented.
3. Maintenance and cleaning: The wet gas flow meter is recommended to clean regularly, usually 3-5 months is a good choice, if the liquid inside the wet gas flow meter visible particles or debris is recommended to clean immediately, remove impurities and accumulation inside the flow meter, to prevent the meter stuck phenomenon or affect the accuracy of measurement. The cleaning method can open the drain valve, discharge the internal liquid, and clean with uncontaminated sealing liquid. If it will not be used for a period of time in the future, it is recommended to discharge the liquid inside the wet gas flow meter and store it to keep the dry state of the wet gas flow meter.
4. Pay attention to safety matters: In the use of meter time, should follow the safe operation procedures. Do not exceed the maximum pressure and excess flow of the meter. When measuring flammable and explosive poisonous gases, the sealing of the entire measurement pipeline should be ensured, the laboratory has a good ventilation system, and appropriate protective measures should be taken to prevent accidents.
5. Monitor the working conditions of the meter: regularly monitor the working conditions of the instrument, such as liquid, ambient temperature, etc. For example, in a high-temperature environment, high temperature may cause a change in the height of the filled liquid inside the instrument (depending on the parameters of the filled liquid); If the measurement of high humidity gas will also cause changes in the filling liquid, these factors may affect the performance of the wet gas flowmeter, so it is necessary to take timely measures to adjust or correct.
6. Training and operation guidance: Train operators who use wet gas flow meters for the first time to ensure that they understand the correct use of equipment and precautions.
