Product Introduction

MDKN gas meter endurance test bench, high efficiency, high-reliability multi-station gas endurance test device. The device is designed, processed, manufactured and installed according to GB/T 6968-2019, EN1359-2017 Diaphragm Gas Meter -- 6.4.1 Endurance. The device can meet the endurance test requirements of G1.6, G2.5, G4, G6, G10, G16 specifications of household gas meters and industrial gas meters with cycle cycle method and maximum flow method. Equipment simple atmosphere, rich modern sense.

Product Features

1. The number of test cycles can be set. The system defaults to 25,000 times, 150,000 times, 300,000 times and 450,000 times.
2) The test pressure controlled between 2kPa and 2.5kPa, and the maximum pressure change not exceed ±300Pa.
3. Can meet the requirements of the cycle a and cycle b cycle test methods.
4. The test volume of the maximum flow method is 0.05V, 0.4V, 0.7V, and V (where V is the total volume of gas through the gas meter when Q max is operated for 5000h). Other volume points and run times can be set.
5. The device can continuously complete the test of 25000, 150000, 300000 and 450000 cycles as stipulated in GB/T 6968-2019 Diaphragm Gas meter.
6. The device adopts 2 groups in parallel, 2 in series in each group, and can test 4 /6 gas meters at the same time, supporting the asynchronous experiment test of each gas meter.
7. The pressure-reducing valve adopts international famous brands, and the flow regulation and balance regulation are manually adjusted according to the test scheme.
8. The main structure of the device adopts high-quality aluminum profile design, the overall strength is high, light quality, beautiful and generous. The surface of sheet metal parts is treated by an electrostatic spraying process, durable.
